Create your account & studio

Your studio is your private workspace and your public look book. Setting it up takes about two minutes, and nothing you enter here is permanent except the web address.

  1. Open the sign-in page

Go to craftstudio.au and choose Maker sign in. If signups are open you'll see Start your studio — it's free instead; either gets you to the same place.

  2. Pick how you want to sign in

Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft are one tap and need no new password. Or scroll to or use email and choose Create an account to use an email address and password.
If you use email, confirm the verification message before inviting anyone to your team — team invites only work for verified addresses.

  3. Name your studio

In Studio name, put what you want shoppers to see — your market-stall name, not your legal name. "Spot On Knots", say.

  4. Choose your web address

Web address becomes your public link: craftstudio.au/your-name/look-book. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only.
Choose carefully — this is the one thing you cannot change later. It goes on your printed market QR code, so pick something short that you'd be happy saying out loud.

  5. Tell us what you craft

Tick Crochet, Knitting and/or Other fibre crafts. This only labels your studio in the public gallery — it doesn't limit what you can track.

  6. Add your Instagram handle (optional)

Instagram handle shows on your look book and in the share cards you generate later, so shoppers can find you. You can add or change it any time in ⚙ Settings.

  7. Create it

Your studio opens straight away on the Free plan: two active projects, 50 MB of photos, and a working public look book. Nothing to pay and no card needed.

Next: add your first project.
