Add people to your studio
On the Maker plan a studio can hold up to 5 accounts — you plus four others. Useful for a craft partner, a market co-op, or someone who helps with the books. The Free plan is one account.
Open your studio settings
From your studio, choose ⚙ Settings. The Team panel shows everyone with access and, next to the heading, how many of your accounts are used.
Invite them by email
Under Invite an admin, enter the email address they will sign in with and choose Invite. It must be the same address — an invite to a different one won't match.
Send them the join link
Settings shows a link ending in
/join. Send it to them yourself — Craft Studio doesn't email it. They sign in with the invited address and choose Join as admin.
If they sign in with email and password, their address has to be verified first. This stops someone claiming an invite by signing up with your collaborator's address.Know what they can do
An admin gets full access to the work: projects, materials, costs, photos, sales and the look book. They cannot manage the team, change the plan, or delete the studio — only you, as owner, can do those.
Removing someone
In the Team panel, choose Remove next to their name. They lose access immediately; everything they added stays. You can also cancel a pending invite with the ✕ on it.
If you drop back to Free
Anyone already on your team keeps their access — we won't cut off your collaborator because a subscription lapsed. You just can't invite anyone new until you upgrade again.
